This was money wasted and I will not be using this seller again (imagewarehouse1). I purchased the cartridge because my installed cartridge was nearly empty (but it lasted almost 3 months). Seller will not replace it, even though the cartridge was defective straight out of the box. It says there is no TWAIN Compliant device and to install and retry. Upon reinstalling all the software I am having trouble getting my HP M2727nf to scan documents or just plain scan at all. I recently had to replace the hard drive on my computer. I contacted them again on 1 May and their response was, "I'm sorry but we have a 30 day return policy, thanks." I went to their eBay page for this specific item and can't find anything clearly referring to a 30-day return policy. Original title: HP Laserjet M2727nf All in one Printer.
I contacted the seller on 27 April and asked for a replacement my request was ignored. I put the new toner cartridge in and it continued to print blurred black/grey bars on the entire left side of the page. The toner cartridge was defective right out of the box.
